Please note that meal tickets will only be provided to the employees of your organization. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as it helps us efficiently manage our resources and ensure a smooth experience for all attendees.

In order to streamline the check-in and triage process, we kindly ask that vendors refrain from bringing children or having guest visits during the event. This will help minimize confusion and maintain a focused and organized atmosphere during the clinics.
