Our Back-2-School Health Clinics provide routine immunizations, COVID-19 vaccines, and school physicals at no cost to children who are enrolled in Medicaid, uninsured, or underinsured, and who reside in Hillsborough County, Florida.
 

Before attending the clinic, please verify your child's health insurance coverage.
If your child is enrolled in a Medicaid plan administered by a private insurance provider, they qualify for free services at our clinic.
 

However, if your child is covered under private health insurance (non-Medicaid), we kindly ask that you contact your primary healthcare provider as soon as possible to schedule required school health services. This will help ensure your child is prepared and enrolled on time.
