Based on the responses provided in your pre-registration assessment, your child does not currently need any of the following services:

• Routine Immunizations

• Immunization Record Transfer/Update​

Please remember, we only provide School Physicals for students that are enrolling in a Hillsborough County Public or Charter School for the First Time. We do not offer annual check-ups. Please contact your child's physician.
